We are also offering Knobley Wee Faethe for sale this season. Like her sister she also carries Red (e) from her sire and is a rare opportunity to bring Red and A2 genetics into your Traditional Dexter Herd.
Knobley Wee Faethe - Legacy #L02378TH-16HH
Testing and Genotype/Parental Verification - UCD/Legacy Registered Legacy - Traditional Horned Legacy Registration will be transferred to new owner as well as copies of Test Results
Chondro Carrier - Dwarf A2/A2 PHA Non-Carrier ED/e B/b - Black carries Red and Dun Horned
Born 2/11/16, Wee Faethe will be ready to go to her new home when she is weaned early fall. She is the daughter of Vera J of Paradise and our bull Macklynn. The granddaughter of Brenn of Paradise and Rainbow Hills Big Mac and has an outstanding pedigree containing many of the old traditional bloodlines with Windridge especially on both sides.
Little Wee has an exceptional temperament and is what I've often heard referred to as a "pocket" cow. She loves to be petted and handled and we've already begun her halter training. She is a well-built little heifer and has the conformation, topline, feet and legs that her line is known for. She will make a fine addition to a Traditional Herd and when bred to a Legacy/Trad bull will help to bring Red Dexters back into the Traditional Herds.
Sire: Knobley Macklynn Legacy #L01909TH-14HH Dam: Vera J of Paradise Legacy #L01714TH-14HH

Wee is halter trained and loves going for walks around the farm. You should see the looks we get from neighbors. LOL

We have a new Traditional Dexter Breeder in WV!!
Wee Faethe went to her new home this morning. She was such a good girl, loading and unloading beautifully, and walking to her new pasture on lead like an old pro! Such a sweet little heifer!
I really love this little girl. And am so proud of her. She's going to be trained to be a milk cow, and her new owner is already talking about keeping future heifers. The greatest thing is she's close enough to visit and watch her grow up. When we left she was already busy nuzzling her new owner and enjoying all the attention.
She's going to be bred traditional and we have a new member in the Red Preservation effort!
