Registered Dexter Bull (http://www.legacydextercattleregistry.com/pedigree.php?sec=1&aid=2155), born 1/11/15. Black carries dun. He is A2/A2 obligate and PHA non-carrier. Dehorned. Breeder: Lakeport Dexter Farm, Michigan,
Willie is a good looking bull. He is easy to work with and mild tempered. He is broke to halter. Our son and daughter have put a yoke on him and had him drag tires down the driveway. He can be walked up to and handled easily.
Willie was sired by Atlas, out of Moira. He is a Traditional Horned Dexter which is classified as "at risk". He is short legged. It is our hope that he will be purchased by someone that is interested in using him as part of the preservation effort by Legacy.
Testing and Genotype/Parental Verification - UCD/Legacy Registered Legacy - Traditional Horned Legacy Registration will be transferred to new owner as well as copies of Test Results
Chondro Carrier - Dwarf A2/A2 PHA Non-Carrier Horned

Welcome to the Group Wendy!
Willie sounds like a great bull. Good bloodlines. Quick look through his pedigree and there are some outstanding names there. And I know I've heard Hans talk about his granddam Bubbles a number of times.
I'll certainly pass on his info if I learn of anyone looking for a nice trad shorty for breeding. You know it is really unique that you all have worked with him so much and that he is broke to a yoke. If you have any pictures you should post them. I think that is really neat.
We have a shorty bull too.
