Husband and I have been trying some new recipes now that we are "empty nesters" and I came across this article while looking through the new issue of Eating Well magazine.  Great article!  touches on pasture management, science, and a great deal of info.

I read the article and was mesmerized. My imagination instantly went to work to figure out exactly how I could implement this on my small one-man farm.

Wow! Great video, really helped me to "get" all the material and more fully understand the ideas. I've seen the "algae growth" areas here in this area. Seems like they just don't want to grow good grass. Thanks for sharing this, my mind is working on ways to improve here, even in our small pasture areas.
